These little edible artifacts were put up for sale in local galleries and boutiques where they would unexpectedly issue in a new career for me and a new bakery for Boston.
For this reason, each Valentine’s Day has a special place in my heart because it is a celebration of one more year in business. This Valentine’s Rosie’s will be 38 years old. It is with great joy that I celebrate this day each year. The fact that Rosie’s has survived for as long as it has speaks to the love and support of our customers. I cannot imagine Boston without Rosie’s and I hope that as the years go by, I will celebrate each February 14th with new insights for the business
So, in honor of Valentine’s Day, we have heart shaped cookies, heart-shaped Chocolate Orgasms, heart shaped Chocolate Deliriums and lots of layer cakes decorated for the occasion. Everyone deserves a sweet treat on Valentine’s Day.
