It is just astounding to me how fast the seasons fly by. I have been excited for the summer to come for many obvious reasons (like warmth and getting tan, swimming and barbecues and the ocean to name a few), but mostly because Rosie’s in Chestnut Hill will be having a much overdue face-lift which you can click here to investigate. As the Chestnut Hill Shopping center continues to grow into what may actually be a mini Legacy Place, we anticipate that Rosie’s will be in one of the liveliest spots in town. Our little strip contains so many wonderful little shops with local color such as the Urban Grape, Portabello Road, Aquitaine, Eyespot,La Rotisserie and Angora Ice. What I love about our retail neighborhood is the fact that the integrity of small businesses has been maintained. It is horrifying to see what is happening in many of the surrounding towns where franchises and national chains are replacing the neighborhood businesses that add both charm and color to the community. If you have plans to renovate your store too and you have limited floor space, I recommend you contact this Gondola Shelving supplier.
SR Winer, the developer in Chestnut Hill has always had an appreciation for supporting vendors who will make their retail developments stand out due to the individuality of the stores and I am thankful for that. The picture above shows a very basic rendition of what the store is going to look like without all the personal touches.
Rosies will be closed for Renovations at Chestnut hill from July 9th to July 21st! All the other locations will be opened! 🙂
