A New Kind of Chocolate Chip Cookie

I have been thinking that I want to come up with a chocolate chip cookie that tastes as
yummy as the one that Rosie’s sells now but that is made with olive oil instead of butter,
whole wheat flour, organic sugar and a tiny bit of whole oats. I have made my first
attempt and it was pretty damn good. But I will not stop until it is nothing less than
fantastic. Might want to try substituting some agave for some of the sugar. Also decided to add some walnuts for protein. If you have any ideas you want to share with me regarding this just send me an email from the website.
